Who Can Use Orbit Haven
Orbit Haven is intended for adults age 18 and over. You may not use Orbit Haven if you are under 18.
What Orbit Haven Does
Orbit Haven is a self-guided event-planning and reflection tool. You can use it to name upcoming plans, set a small goal, create a tiny plan, receive local reminders, use discreet grounding tools, and reflect afterward.
What Orbit Haven Is Not
Orbit Haven is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for a licensed professional. Orbit Haven does not evaluate, prevent, treat, or manage any health condition.
Safety
If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services now. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for crisis support. Orbit Haven does not monitor for crisis language and cannot detect emergencies.
Your Data
You own the event names, plans, notes, reflections, and other information you enter into Orbit Haven. The app stores that information locally on your device. You are responsible for the exports you create and the people or services you choose to share information with.
Orbit Haven Plus
Orbit Haven may offer a single optional one-time in-app purchase through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
OrbitsWell owns the app, website, design, text, and related materials, except for content you enter into the app and third-party materials owned by their respective owners.
No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbitsWell disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OrbitsWell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when the terms are updated.
