Where is my data stored?

Orbit Haven is local-first. Your event records are stored on your device unless you export or share them.

How do I manage Orbit Haven Plus?

Purchases and refunds are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store account purchase history or Report a Problem flow to request help from Apple.

What should I do in an emergency?

If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services now. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for crisis support. Orbit Haven is not crisis support, therapy, medical care, or diagnosis.

How do I request deletion?

Because event records are stored locally, you can delete app data through the app's controls or by deleting the app. Exported files must be deleted wherever you saved or shared them.

Does Orbit Haven use AI?

The initial release does not include an AI chat or AI therapist feature. If a future version adds an opt-in helper, the privacy policy will be updated before it ships.
